Christine Gill
Founder, CEO + Registered Occupational Therapist
​Christine specializes in the treatment of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, phobias, PTSD, OCD and ADHD. Christine is trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities including motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, prolonged exposure therapy, exposure and response prevention, and behavioural activation. Christine is also a registered service provider for the Worker's Compensation Board (WCB).

Alicia Tuomisto
Registered Occupational Therapist
Alicia has extensive experience in long term care settings, home care, pediatrics, and mild traumatic brain injury. Her true passion and specialization lies in mental health, providing treatment for conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD and phobias. Alicia is passionate about providing a client centered approach to help you reach your goals. Alicia is also a registered provider for the Worker’s Compensation Board (WCB).

Yasmine Mackie
Registered Occupational Therapist
​Yasmine is experienced in supporting individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, brain injury and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. She takes a client-centered approach, focusing on meaningful activity together with evidence-based strategies to promote independence and well-being. Yasmine is passionate about helping individuals regain confidence in their daily lives through practical strategies, collaboration, and personalized care. Yasmine is a registered service provider for the Worker's Compensation Board (WCB).

Rachel Hogg
Registered Occupational Therapist
Rachel has over 7 years of clinical experience specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and complex mental health conditions including depression, PTSD, anxiety and personality disorders. Rachel is also trained in trauma-informed care and has experience working with long-term disability and motor vehicle accident insurers. Rachel is passionate about empowering clients to regain independence, build resilience and reconnect with meaningful activities. Rachel is also a registered service provider for the Worker's Compensation Board (WCB).

Parisa Mirmiran
Registered Occupational Therapist
Parisa has worked with clients experiencing chronic pain, chronic fatigue and mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, psychosis, and personality disorders. She has supported clients in community settings, private practice (WBC), and outpatient and inpatient services. Providing trauma-informed, culturally sensitive and client centered care, Parisa tailors her approach to meet each person’s needs. She has completed training in DBT Level 1, Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD, sensory interventions, and trauma-informed yoga. Parisa is committed to helping clients reach their functional goals and supporting lifelong wellness.

Chantel Ly
Registered Occupational Therapist
Chantel is a Registered Occupational Therapist with a primary focus in mental health practice. She has completed advanced training in Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT Level 2). Chantel works primarily with individuals managing PTSD, anxiety, and depression, and has particular experience supporting clients with histories of sexual trauma. She also completes home and job site assessments to support safe, sustainable return to daily activities and work. Chantel brings a compassionate, client-centred approach and is experienced in managing MVA, LTD, and WCB files. She is a registered provider with the Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB).

Emma Peters
Registered Occupational Therapist
Emma is a trauma-focused therapist with extensive clinical experience supporting public safety personnel in addressing mental health concerns. She uses a function-centered approach, integrating evidence-based modalities including prolonged exposure therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and behavioural activation. Emma’s practice is grounded in the belief that connection and engagement are essential to mental well-being. She prioritizes the therapeutic relationship, bringing respect, openness, humour, and compassion to her work to help clients move toward their goals. Emma is a registered service provider with the Worker’s Compensation Board (WCB) and Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC).
